Appliance Hub is organising a promotional lottery in accordance with the regulations of the Malta Gaming Authority. Participation in this lottery is subject to the following terms and conditions, which all entrants must accept.
Eligibility
The lottery is open to residents of the Maltese Islands who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Participants under the age of eighteen (18) are strictly prohibited from entering.
Commencement and End of Ticket Distribution
Ticket distribution will commence on Saturday, 01st November, 2025, and will conclude on Sunday, 30th November, 2025.
Draw Date and Method of Selection
The draw will take place on Friday, 05th December, 2025, at 10:00hrs. The draw may be postponed under exceptional circumstances. Tickets will be provided automatically to all customers who make a purchase of any value at Appliance Hub during this period. Participants must complete the ticket with their personal details and place it in the designated urn located at the shop. The winner will be selected at random from an urn under the supervision of a representative from the Malta Gaming Authority to ensure the fairness and integrity of the lottery. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
Prizes
The prize for this lottery consists of one (1) Midea Xtreme Save 9,000 BTU Air Conditioner (installation not included), with a fixed retail value of €350. The prize value is fixed and will not be subject to change.
Announcement of Results
The winner will be contacted directly via the mobile number provided on the entry ticket. With the express consent of the winner, the result may also be published on Appliance Hub’s official social media channels.
Prize Collection Period
The winner must collect their prize within three (3) months from the date of the draw. Any prize not collected within this period will be forfeited, and no reserve draws will be conducted.
Privacy Policy
All personal data collected during the course of this lottery will be handled in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws. The information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the lottery and contacting the winner. Participants may, at their discretion, indicate on the entry ticket if they wish to receive promotional material from Appliance Hub in the future.
