Its innovative steam and hot-air technology provides even cooking results across all three shelf levels, making it ideal for baking, roasting, grilling, steaming, sous-vide cooking and reheating.
The large, tiltable 19-inch touchscreen provides intuitive access to manual settings, automatic programmes, favourites and special cooking functions. The temperature, humidity and dehumidification levels can be adjusted to suit each dish, while the four-point food thermometer accurately monitors the core temperature and automatically stops cooking when the food is ready.
BORA Clear View extracts steam from the oven chamber before the door opens, helping prevent hot steam from reaching the user or fogging nearby kitchen fronts. The activated charcoal filter with ion exchanger also helps neutralise cooking odours, keeping the kitchen environment fresh.
Cleaning is made simple with fully automatic intensive and quick-clean programmes, followed by automatic drying without the need for manual wiping. Additional features include multi-level interior lighting, personalised cooking programmes, an operating lock, child-safety functions and optional BORA multi-drawer control.
Finished in elegant black glass, the BORA X BO features Wi-Fi connectivity and compatibility with the BORA One app, bringing together outstanding cooking performance, smart operation and contemporary design.
