The BORA M Pure Rough combines precise induction cooking with effective downdraft extraction in one compact, streamlined appliance. Its sophisticated matt black glass-ceramic surface creates a refined contemporary look, while cooking vapours and odours are drawn downwards directly from the cookware.
Four responsive induction zones provide generous cooking space, with the two right-hand zones combining through the bridging function to accommodate larger cookware. BORA Assist Fry, automatic pan detection, rapid power settings, heat retention, cooking-zone timers and the pause function offer outstanding control and everyday convenience.
Designed for recirculation, the integrated extractor cleans the extracted air through an activated-charcoal odour filter before returning it to the room, making it ideal where external ducting is not possible. Automatic extractor control adjusts performance to match the cooking activity, while the filter-status and service display makes maintenance easy to manage.
Intuitive touch controls ensure effortless operation, and removable components, a stainless-steel grease filter and an oversized drip tray simplify cleaning. Suitable for flush or surface-mounted installation, the BORA M Pure Rough brings cooking, extraction and elegant design together in one beautifully integrated solution.
