The BORA Professional 3.0 PKAS3FITR combines a matt black surface-induction cooktop with a brushed stainless-steel Tepan grill and a powerful integrated cooktop extractor, creating a flexible and highly functional cooking system for modern kitchens. The set includes one PKFI3R surface-induction cooktop, one PKT3 Tepan stainless-steel grill and the PKAS3 extractor, together with the required BORA Ecotube components.
The PKFI3R offers two generous 23 × 23 cm surface-induction zones with pan-size recognition, bridging, automatic heat-up, cooking-zone timer, variable heat retention and power setting. Each zone delivers 2,100 W, increasing to 3,680 W on the power setting.
Alongside it, the PKT3 Tepan grill features two 29.5 × 23 cm cooking zones with precise temperature control from 70 to 250°C. The two zones can also be bridged to create a larger 29.5 × 46 cm grilling area with a combined output of 4,800 W. Its rapid heat-up, cleaning function and precise temperature indicator make it ideal for everything from delicate vegetables and fish to high-temperature searing.
Positioned between the two cooking surfaces, the stainless-steel PKAS3 extractor removes vapours directly at the source. It features automatic extractor control, automatic after-run, a power setting, cleaning function and automatic cover flap, while supporting both recirculation and exhaust-air operation.
The result is a versatile BORA Professional cooking system that combines induction cooking, high-performance Tepan grilling and integrated extraction in one clean, streamlined installation.
