The IMOR® Santa Maria barbecue is an Argentine-style grill, perfect for cooking with charcoal and wood. Its V-shaped stainless steel grill (without welds) ensures a clean, chemical-free cooking process, and is height-adjustable via an aluminum knob with a safety lock system.
With a grilling surface of 73x41 cm, this model is ideal for large barbecues. The refractory brick-lined firebox protects the barbecue and extends its lifespan, while also reducing fuel consumption. The design includes an efficient grease collection system, removable ash drawer and grate, and a foldable side tray with hangers for accessories.
Equipped with four wheels, two of which have brakes, this barbecue is easy to move and offers excellent stability. Its robust construction with 1.5-2 mm thick steel ensures durability.
